Bill Davis - Parts Specialist

A natural car enthusiast, Bill has many years of experience in the automotive industry. His tenure with South West Chrysler Dodge began 12 years ago.

As Bill puts it, "Our auto parts department maintains a comprehensive inventory of high quality, genuine OEM car parts and accessories. I take pride in finding my customers the right part, at the right price, every time."

Bill has lived in London for the past 25 years. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his lovely wife Marilyn and attending vintage car races.

Chuck Peckham - Sales and Leasing Consultant

Chuck is a life-long Londoner who's been in the automotive business for 28 years; 23 of those years with Chrysler, and over 7 years with South West Chrysler Dodge. Chuck has always made his main priority the customer.

As Chuck puts it, "I believe in a no nonsense approach, listening intently to each client, and no pressure. For me it's all about helping people with all facets of their automotive needs, not just sales and service. The right choice of financing, among other aspects, is of equal importance." Chuck makes it his top priority to stay abreast of all the latest and innovative automotive technologies.

In his spare time Chuck loves to golf and listen to his favourite music.

Dale Cheesman - Sales and leasing Consultant

Dale has spent the past 10 years selling Chrysler automobiles. Six of those years Dale has spent as part of the South West Chrysler Dodge team. In 2002, after 23 years of service, Dale retired, from the London Gardens. During that time Dale's day-to-day position as "Facility Manager" had him working hand-in-hand with the London Knights Hockey Team.

As Dale puts it, "I truly believe that here at South West Chrysler we don't create customers, we create friends. If you're looking for someone who knows how to take care of his friend's automotive needs give the dealership a call ask for Dale."

In his spare time Dale enjoys spending time with his three children, taking in a good movie every once in a while, and sharing his great sense of humour with friends.

Dean Zimmermann - Sales Consultant

Dean has been a sales consultant with South West Chrysler for 14 years, loves his job and the people he works with. He graduated from Brigham Young University, Hawaii Campus. Dean loves playing tennis and was Captain of the tennis team in University. He is also a certified tennis pro with the United States Tennis Association.

Dean has been married to his lovely wife Maria for 9 years. They have a beautiful daughter 4 years old. In his spare time he enjoys relaxing at home, watching movies, and going for long family walks.

Fred Mago - Sales and leasing consultant

Fred has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. His  proven dedication to the highest standards in sales and after sales service has resulted in continuous repeat purchases and referrals from satisfied clients. As Fred puts it, "I believe that earning my customer's repeat business is a reward. This results from my passion to provide the highest level of service to each and every customer, each and every time."

Fred's extensive experience comes from employment by dealerships of all three major manufactures. This experience has included positions in sales and leasing management. Used cars and trucks are Fred's speciality. However; Fred's experience and understanding of today's automotive environment allows him to service any personal or business automotive needs.

In his spare time, Fred enjoys listening to all kinds of music, researching the latest in automotive technology, and spending time with family and friends.

Jenelle Owen - Appointment coordinator

Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Jenelle has been calling London, Ontario her home for 18 years. She graduated from A. B. Lucas secondary school and continued her education at Fanshawe College, earning a diploma in Business Administration.

Jenelle has been an integral part of the Auto Centre team for going on 3 years. She has the skills required to make sure your service appointments are scheduled conveniently around your agenda. It's always Jenelle's pleasure to make sure your time spent at the South West Chrysler Auto Centre is the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible.

In her spare time, Jenelle likes to spend time with family and friends, and enjoys snowmobiling and spending time outdoors.

As Jenelle puts it, "I'm really happy to be part of the South West Chrysler family. It's such a wonderful place to work".

Jay Pinch - Business Manager

Jay was born in Leamington, Ontario and grew up in the nearby village of Wheatley; a small fishing and farming community on the shore of Lake Erie. Jay has been in the automotive field for 16 years, 14 of which as a member of the South West Chrysler Dodge team. He originally started out in sales, but for the past 9 years he's been working in the business office.

As Jay puts it, "As a business manager I love helping customers with the details of their purchase. I enjoy making the process of buying a vehicle as easy as possible and to exceed all expectations as far as customer service is concerned".

Family is very important to Jay. His daughters Leah, Nicole and April keep Jay and his wife Tanya pretty busy at home. When time permits, Jay enjoys gardening, fishing, woodworking, camping and almost any sporting event.

Jean McDowell - Service Advisor

When it comes to servicing your vehicle, you can count on Jean McDowell. Jean has been in the service orientated business for over 12 years. She has held her position with South West Chrysler Dodge for 2 years now. Jean is a great communicator, a concise problem solver and an all-around outstanding employee. Her service advisory experience is valued greatly here at South West Chrysler Dodge, as she consistently offers every customer the very best experience possible.

Over the years Jean spent 20 years running a home-based daycare center, and spent a voluminous amount of time as a volunteer worker with mentally and physically challenged kids. Jean now spends the majority of her spare time with her family. Two children and two grandchildren keep her and her husband of 33 years, Robert, on the move at all times. As busy as she is, Jean still finds the time to enjoy some woodworking, gardening, reading and taking care of 2 dogs, 2 rabbits, a guinea pig, and tons of fish.

As Jean puts it, "I'm thrilled to be working with such a great group of people". We at South West Chrysler Dodge are just as thrilled to have Jean as part of our team.

Jeff Morris - Sales and Leasing Consultant

Jeff was a London boy for the first part of his life, but now calls Port Stanley home. With over 32 years in the automotive field, Jeff takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service. Jeff has been a team member with South West Chrysler Dodge for over 12 years. His up to date knowledge, on all Chrysler product lines, affords Jeff the skill to structure a deal that will satisfy his personal and business client's needs.

In his spare time Jeff loves to go boating and has a tremendous penchant for fishing. As Jeff puts it, "All one can do in the winter is dream of boating and fishing". Jeff still manages to find time though to nurture his four pets; two cats and two cockatoos.

Jim McDonald - Service Advisor

Jim has spent the better part of 25 years in the auto and heavy equipment industry. He's been part of the South West Chrysler Dodge team for the past seven years.  The many letters of appreciation, as well as certificates for "Customer Service Excellence," that Jim has amassed speak for themselves. Jim holds an Air Brake Certificate and many classes of driver's licences.

Jim and his wife Melissa have been together for over 30 years. As Jim puts it, "My son and my wife are my life."

In his spare time, Jim enjoys Nascar Racing, listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family.

John Allen - Fleet and lease Manager

John was born in London, Ontario and graduated from Catholic Central High. He continued his education at the University of Western Ontario focusing on business and accounting. In 1979 John began his automotive career with Mack Trucks. In 1985 he moved to Chrysler and has been with the corporation ever since. John has been a team member with South West Chrysler Dodge for over 7 years.

With over 30 years' experience, offering industry leading customer service, John has a definite passion for the business. John's experience and knowledge allows South West Chrysler to make sure each and every client's buying process flows smoothly from beginning to end.

As John puts it, he's always worked under the motto "whatever it takes-we deliver. My customer's satisfaction is my number one priority".

In his spare time, John enjoys hockey, baseball, football, golf and has an enthusiastic passion for classic cars.

John Varga - Sales and leasing Consultant

John, originally from Whitewood, Saskatchewan, moved to Ontario in 1950. After graduating from West Elgin District High School, John ran his own business from 1969-1972. Shortly afterwards he applied at Fanshawe College for the Automotive Apprenticeship Program. John graduated from Fanshawe in 1977 as an Automotive Service Technician and Truck and Coach Technician.

John entered sales field with Chrysler in 1991 and has been with the corporation ever since. A seven-time Senate Member of the Chrysler Sales Guild, John rates in the top 100 sales persons in Canada and boasts a customer satisfaction rating of over 98%

John and his lovely wife Dyan have been married for 38 years. They have two fabulous daughters, Dayna and Jessica. John loves his music. He's been a guitar player and vocalist with numerous bands over the past fifteen years. Rumor has it that John frequents the odd golf course every now and then.

John's philosophy, as he puts it, "Promise only what you can deliver."

Keith White - Sales and Leasing Consultant

Keith is from London, Ontario and graduated from Clarke Road Secondary School. He has been working for South West Chrysler Dodge for 13 years. Keith's passion for new cars and meeting people brought him to the sales floor only a few years out of high school. He remembers fondly how his father would take him to the North American Auto Show, and how he loved dreaming about all those shiny new vehicles. Keith is quick to credit his mother for teaching him how hard work and dedication will always pay off in the end.

Away from the dealership Keith spends time with his wife and 3 wonderful children.  He enjoys playing in, and running, a men's slow pitch team, "The Chargers", in Thorndale, making it a fun family event.

As Keith puts it, "When it comes to helping a customer get that new vehicle, I treat them all like family. I work hard for each customer and try to meet all of their needs. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated. The work environment at South West Chrysler is fun and great to be part of. This is why I have stayed at South West for so long. My customers enjoy knowing where to find me and know I will always be there for them".

Sean Deane - Parts Manager

Sean has lived in London all his life. After graduating from G.A. Wheable High School, Sean went on to study business at Fanshawe College. In 1986 Sean began his career in the automotive industry. He began in service and parts and after a year took on the parts position full time.

Sean has been a proud member of the South West Chrysler Dodge team since 1988. When it comes down to it, if you ever have a question, or are in need of a Chrysler part, Sean is the man to call.  As Sean puts it, "Give me a call anytime, and It'll be my pleasure to help you out with any of your automotive parts needs."

Sergio Facchin - Service Advisor

When our customers come in to get their cars serviced, Sergio is one of the first smiling faces they see. The son of an Italian immigrant, Sergio was born in New Jersey, U.S.A. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he immigrated to Canada in 1975. Sergio began his automotive career back in 1972 as an apprentice mechanic. Once he arrived in Canada he attended Fanshawe College and achieved his "Class A Mechanic Certification". He has been a member of the South West Chrysler Dodge team for over 5 years.

Sergio spends his free time with his wife of 32 years, Wendy, and their 3 beautiful children. His hobbies include fishing, boating, woodworking, and listening to classical and contemporary music.

As Sergio puts it, "I'm very proud to be a member of the South West Chrysler team, and have enjoyed my career with Chrysler over the last 30 years".

Tony Ficca - Sales Consultant

Tony began his career in the automotive industry in 1995. He's been a part of the South West Chrysler Dodge team now for over 12 years. As tony puts it, "Over the years, customer service has been a #1 priority with my business practice and I have acquired an extensive knowledge of all Chrysler Products. I take pride in keeping myself up to date on the changes in the automotive and fleet industry and proud of the large, satisfied client base I've built up in London and the surrounding area".

In his spare time, Tony enjoys family life, motorcycles, and playing guitar. Although Formula One Racing always puts a big smile on Tony's face, it's more important for him experience the glowing smile on his customer's face as he or she drives away in their new vehicle.

Tony's reputation within the industry stands the test of time. He is always prepared to work with his clients to find the best solution for their automotive needs. You can count on Tony to find you the right vehicle at the right price in a timely fashion.

Wayne Chicka - Sales and Leasing Consultant

Wayne was, as he puts it "Born into the car business."  His parents owned and operated a car repair and automobile sales business.  Wayne now calls Port Stanley his home.

Wayne has been a member of the South West Chrysler Dodge team for 11 years. Wayne's goal is to make your car purchasing an enjoyable experience, and he invites you to give him a call anytime with any questions whatsoever.

In his spare time Wayne enjoys watching sports on TV, and enjoying the "Village Life."

Crystal Baxter-Bell - Internet Lead Coordinator

Crystal has lived in London and the surrounding area her whole life. She started at South West Chrysler as a Receptionist in 2004. In 2007 she took up her current position.

When not at work she loves spending time with her Husband. One of their favourite pastimes is taking day trips to local flea and antiques markets. Crystal is also passionate about gardening, which is evident to everyone who stops by her office for a visit.
